Hello all, My name is Rachel. I am a full time mom and work outside the home full time. I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis almost 2 years ago and struggle with it daily, which affects my weight as well. I am trying to get back on the band wagon of physical and mental health again. I could use all the support and motivation that I can get. I have a wonderful family that supports me in my journey, but would like to have other friends help as well that also on this journey. I just want to feel better and have the energy to spend time with my kids and husband.
