Has anyone used the "Seven Minute Scientific Workout"? Knowing that it takes more than 7 minutes to complete and how many 'reps' of each of the 12 exercises you are able to perform, how many calories does it really burn?

7 minutes isn't long enough to do much. I wouldn't log it

According to MFP, 10 minutes of body weight strength training (pushups, planks, squats, lunges, etc) is approximately 60 calories. I don't know this 7-minute program, but you're not burning much more than that.

Not worth logging the calories. However, I do log my 10-minutes of daily core strengthening exercises to hold me accountable to doing it.

While there is compelling evidence that short workouts like this can lead to significant improvements in fitness the sad truth is that they don't burn a lot of calories (don't bank on much more than 10 cal per minute of actual activity)

You MAY burn 50-100 calories. Listen, it's a 7 minute workout. It hits the basics to keep muscles in fair condition. Don't expect great things from it.

There is a 7 minute workout in the Cardiio app and you can measure your heart rate at the end of it to give you a better idea of how much you burn. It's not much. But I enjoy it as a warmup. My husband and I used to go sprinting in the morning and follow it up with the 7 minute workout. I'd hit the gym after that.

Measuring HR does not provide a more accurate calorie burn.

I used seven minute back in the fall when I was super busy but wanted to get something in everyday. I usually did two reps. It was good, I think in practicality it would pair well with some good cardio for a rounded out workout if you didn't have access to weights. I wouldn't worry a ton about logging those specific calories, take it as a bonus for your day.
