Actualy sad about missing workouts

Coming down with a respitory infection, coughing and my whole body is sore ( no fever though!!). And I'm actually depressed about missing my workouts. I guess that means I'm actually starting to like exercise?? Amazing, never thought that would happen.
But anyway depending on how long I have to take off, should I start back where I left off ( workout 2 of Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred), or should I go back to the first workout for a couple days to "ease" back in to it?

That would depend on you, how long you’re down and that you’re fully recovered. If it is only a few days, you may come back stronger (recovery is when we build muscle). So getting right back into it shouldn’t be a problem. If it is more than a week, I’d take a step back a little.0

Than you. Hoping to recover faster than my son, he's going on a week now0
