    My 1st area of confusion is when u log exercise the calories consumed for the day show a deduction in total. I'm wondering if that means can eat more just as long as u don't exceed the daily goal number of should that be ignored?

    You can eat more and still lose weight as long as u didnt exceed the limit... but if u want to lose more weight.. just ignore it.. :wink: but make sure u eat enough food so that your body wont feel so tired..
