Need help not losing exercising but need encouragement struggling !

Hi Vicky,
Welcome and I would be happy to mutually motivate and encourage you on your journey. The mental side is a tough as the physical work needed to make the changes we all want. I'm 15 days in, logging daily, eating better and exercising daily. Doing something physically daily and changing up your exercises will help. Weight training is as important as cardio. Lets get fit together:-)0
