Maintenance (not loss) when sick

Hello everyone. What to do?
I can feel myself getting sick unfortunately. Temperature today.
Seems like a good idea to do at least today on a maintenance calorie count.
I'm on day 8 of calorie restriction .. and am very happy with the weight lost last week.
I don't want to add any weight after a possible week or two being ill (chronic illness, so likely could be this long, this time). Anyone been in the same situation and how they manage weight?
Any advice please?
