BINGED YESTERDAY... Quick question!

I usually look at my calorie intake for the week to see if it's within the range and wouldn't concern too much if there's one day that's a bit over. I find this feels better & less stressful & easier to keep going!0

Let's say you have tiny bones- it may be helpful to refer to the Asian BMI calculator as it is lower because many Asian people are smaller framed.
Based on that scale, a healthy/BMI is 18.5-22.59. You are at 19.5. If you get down to 45 kg (99 pounds) you will be underweight on the ASIAN BMI scale, which is already scaled down. Are you sure you mentioned this goal to your doctor and found out it is healthy?
I am also concerned that you are a healthy 18 year old woman who is on a "clean" diet that won't allow you to eat two cookies, a milkshake, or a bowl of ramen noodles regularly, or is it because you ate all of them at once and were already well over your calories for the day?
Just to be safe, based on your "destructive eating patterns" in the past, please talk to your doctor. I look forward to a post from you telling us we were all worried for nothing!!0
