Female Over 50 - FitBit, Xocai Healthy Chocolate, Classical Stretch

Interested in getting to know a few like-minded women who are ready to tackle a sluggish metabolism and develop the personal self-discipline required to be healthy and strong as we age gracefully. I haven't tried FitBit, but see there's an app that should work with my phone, so anyone who has experience with it, I'd love to hear. Xocai is an amazing, great-tasting anti-oxidant, but don't worry, I'm not selling it. I stink as a salesman, but am including it in MY regimen because I know it absolutely works and is SO good for me. And if you're a woman over 50 (40, 30) Classical Stretch with Miranda Esmonde-White is amazing for keeping every joint and muscle in use. So girls, who's ready to get started and get this thing done?!

    So I may end up being my own friend and support. Could be worse. Sure hope to get to know somebody I haven't had to put mascara on :)
