A friend told me about this site. Wander if it could help me to getting in a better shape. I'm a 'walker', walked the 4daagse (in Holland), and would love to do it this year with a better condition (and maybe a little bit less weight).
Would like to see some people add me as a friend.
I eat plantbased by the way, so its more difficult to see what is 'right from wrong' foodwise, but over time I will develop a method, I'm sure of it:) Feel free to visit and I would like to visit back
And eating diner now and than off to the gym!
