How to track exercise videos in diary???

I found a Jillian Michael's fat boost work out video I really want to try out tonight instead of just using the stationary bike but was questioning how I'm supposed to log it since there is nothing listed for her videos under cardio. I'm not sure how many calories would be burned either, but it's about a 45 min video. Thanks!

    I would just track it as cardio-circuit training.

    Yup, I normally just go with circuit training.

    Most Jillian Michaels videos are circuit training. If it was just cardio without strength exercises, I'd track it as aerobics. A Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds would be low impact. A Jillian Michaels would be more high impact.

    awesome, I just hope it doesn't say I lost more calories than what I actually did cause I've noticed MFP likes to be a little more generous when it comes to exercise lol
