Sorry, dumb tablet. Just turned 30 and was in decent shape. However my wife has gotten pretty ill and i put on about 25 lbs. Trying to get back into shape so i can be more helpful to my wife. I just started insanity max 30 today. Could use some buddies and encouragement. To help keep me on track0
