restarting exercise

Over a year ago I was quite fit(still overweight) n managed to complete turbofire then I started doing T25 but never got past week 3 but toying with the idea of restating it but don't no if it would be wise or be to much for me been as I haven't done anything apart from 3 hours a week walk in

    Only one way to find out. Start slow, go at your own pace and focus on improvement, not keeping up with the animals in the video.

    Most people fail because they compete with the ones on the video as opposed to just trying to improve themselves. Especially the beach body ones like T25; they are tough do what you can; take the breaks you need; push yourself (comfortably) and watch yourself improve.
