So... I have been on MFP for a while now. I always get pretty good results at first when I diet and exercise however; I am so discouraged when the yoyoing begins. I want to become more consistent. Summer is so close! I refuse to wear a two piece this summer. Add me for support, motivation, ect. I am looking to lose 30 lbs. Thanks all!
