Potato calorie estimate?

My local shop had lovely-looking big fresh potatoes today, so I bought one to have a baked potato for dinner. Since the potatoes were fresh and not in a branded bag with nutritional info, I'm not sure of the calories, and generic database entries seem to vary. It's a standard white baking potato weighing 445g (it's a big 'un!) Can someone help with the calorie estimate? I was assuming somewhere between 300 and 350, but I've no idea if I'm close.

Generally, for fruits and vegetables, search the database in the format "vegetable - raw" or "fruit - raw" to display the non-asterisked (MFP-entered) items. The non-asterisked entries generally have many different servings sizes from which to choose, including ounces and grams.

You're in the ballpark...my calculations come up with about 330.0
