MD Support in Pittsburgh for Ketogenic Diet

Is anybody aware of a Medical Doctor in the Pittsburgh area who believes in the Ketogenic diet? All the doctors I can find (including online search) are committed to avoiding fat like the plague. I am very optimistic about the Wheat Belly/Ketogenic diet to achieve my health goals. The "alternative" doctor that I tried told me to avoid red meat.
