hi im donna

Hi, I'm Donna and I'm 26 currently on my second week of this healthy eating working out plan and I must say I'm finding it hard this time around. About a year ago I stopped goin to the gym after losing4stone. Which I strongly regret as since I've put 2 stone of that 4 stone I lost and worked so hard to do. Just become bored and lazy. But now I'm back at the diet and gym and just haven't got the motivation I once had. maybe because I'm now afraid of knowing I have to limit my self. Or just bored of the same old meals. So I've heard this is the place to be to get motivan and recipes so add me and hopefully we can motivate each other
