So I started this journey at 107, got up to 120. my question is why do I not see the weight? I feel as if I look the same and it's pretty depressing.

Did you take measurements? Progress pics? If you were underweight, some of the weight you gained was probably bone density, strengthening tendons, etc., and that's not visible. An extra 13 pounds has to be visible somewhere, though.0

Takes a while for your internal body-image to adjust to your new physical self.
Happens to people who lose weight too.
Mind takes a while to catch up...
But, chances are a 13lb gain on 107lb will be quite a difference. Perhaps get an objective third party opinion? Either from someone who hasn't seen you for a while, or by posting comparison pics here.0
