High protein low sodium foods

So, I'm new, I have been playing with trying to get my protein higher but when I do I go over on my sodium and rarely get to enough protein. Today I had a smoothie with Protein Powder but I don't want to do that everyday. Any lists out there with high protein low sodium foods?

    Meat, Greek yogurt, eggs, fish, unsalted nuts, peanut butter, quest bars.

    As listed above. Food processing adds salt so if you eat closer to the source, you control the salt. Have yourself a nice steak tomorrow flavoured with garlic butter (unsalted) and pepper.

    Sorry, I guess I forgot to write that I don't eat Red meat. Mostly Chicken and turkey, which I do have everyday.
