my end goal

im 188 lbs, once upon a time I was 125-128... my end goal is to be a buff chicken and compete in the muscle man competition, well maybe not Buff chicken, but a more lean spring chicken in high heels and an amazing swimsuit. plan A. change my habits to healthy habits, thus my eating and exercising, lose weight before really focusing hard on strength training. I realized if I didn't blog about this goal or make it known, I wont have the motivation to do it. I wonder what I will look like one year from now,
