Best HRM for IPhone 4

I've decided I need to get a heart rate monitor. The default calories burned in MFP seem a little odd sometimes (do I really burn more calories quilting/sewing than during an intense aerobic workout? I don't think so!) Anyway, I've heard pros and cons about various HRMs and just wondered what those of you using the iphone 4 have found to be the most compatible.

I have an iPhone 4 and I run the Digifit iBiker app. I got a Garmin strap, foot pod, speed/cadence and the ANT+ antenna. So far I absolutely love it. I always seem to have my phone with me so it just made sense for me to consolidate all my gadgets into a singular location. If I get tired of the app I can always purchase a Garmin watch without the strap since I already have it.
