Love Your Workouts

I have come to find that focusing too much on the end result can affect the way you think and feel about training. You must live in the moment , EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT... Focus and you will be so in tune with your training you may even surpass your goal. bv1fjzvtfm39.jpg

    Yep. Which is why it is so important to find things that you love and not just work out for weight loss. Active hobbies are key to long-term success, imo.

    I do agree that enjoying your workout will make it less of a chore and will easily become a lifestyle change ...do an activity you enjoy and reap the benefits :)
