    Nay. The over the counter ones don't work, the prescriptions ones come with side effects, risks, expense and dopn't teach you good habits. Save your money and do it right.

    I say yay. However, they should be used as an aide with exercise and watching what you eat. Not to be abused either...

    Yay only temporarily and prescription, monitored closely by your doctor. the over the counter ones are crap. I used RX ones for one month only just to get control and get used to the new routine without losing my mind. Then I got off of them and hope to never have to use them again. Side effects are unpleasant.

    So what's working? The pills, or watching what you eat and exercising?

    I have done weight loss both ways. With the perscription I gained it back and then some. This time I'm using over the counter to help get into some good habits w food and exercising. 30 days and no more. Good luck to you. If u need a pal feel free to request me:)
