Videos easy for damaged knees

So I've seen a few threads come through about various shreds, cuts, 30 day this and thats and I wanted to ask, has anyone with prior knee damage done any successfully? I'm about 40 lbs overweight but I've had 5 knee surgeries. Even though they are "fixed", they still remain quite sore when presented with high impact. I love looking at the results people show so I'd love to try one, but I don't want to pay money to have to bag it after 3 days. Any information would be great

I haven't had knee surgery but because of my job the pop crack and have prevented me from running or jogging or doing any kind of lifts. I started the eliptical trainer for cardio. It's a lot less stress on your knees and really took of the weight. Don't give up0

Thanks!! I'm trying to really take it slow enough that I don't hurt so bad I have to stop. It's been a problem when attempting to get into shape too quickly before. Too much enthusiasm ends with more surgeries :-/0
