any good meals to prep for the whole week? Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner?

    I like to brown up a large batch of 93% lean jennie -o ground turkey on sundays. Just a tad of olive oil, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Then during the week I can portion it out and add taco seasoning for tacos, add tomato sauce and brown rice to stuff peppers or cabbage, or cook up with zucchini and mushrooms with a bit of parmesan etc.
