    If you like daily dirty ramblings that have nothing to do with fitness but you can believe in your heart of hearts that I really do lift heavy and hate cardio. If you don’t hate on people who do it differently than you. If you like pina coladas and getting freaky in the forest (but not with me cuz centipedes are nasty) then hmu.

    Ideally cheese should never be had alone. It is an enhancement, not a standalone food. Cheese and bacon together are heaven on the tongue.
