Yes, etiquette goes a long long way, especially nowadays when so many people either don't seem to care about others or are in too much of a rush. People don't think of other people and how what they do/say will affect others.

Absolutely! These traits will pull you towards the person and if he/she is kind and nice then nothing like it. But seems it’s too much of an ask nowadays 🤷♂️.. as you said, no one has the time to think about anyone else except themselves.1 -

We had nothing with us and it was a pissed off Timber Rattlesnake.
He beat it to death with a stick.
Brutal………..
Don’t like killing any snake but this brut was hanging out where we hung out, had to go.

We were walking in the woods,
there was no “guiding me away”,
it was right in front of us,
we froze,
he carefully picked up a big stick and did the deed without panicking or squealing like a little girl.
