Anxiety eating foods prepared by others?

My biggest problem with eating food prepared by others is you don't know if they stuck the spoon in their mouth then back in the pot, or if they coughed over the food, of if their kids stuck their dirty fingers in the food. However, I realize no one has ever died from any of the above. I try to bring my own food to events where food is eaten, but that's not always possible. So I try to err on the side of caution and overestimate the number of calories.0

a troll is someone who is trying to stir up trouble. I don't think that applies to you
BUT you do have eating issues and are well on your way to an eating disorder You need some in person help with your eating plan. As a student is there any help available on campus?0
