I lost another 1.1lbs this week! Yeah! I even had a couple of not do great days - glad they didn't impact too much, just that much more motivation to stay on tract. Only 10lbs until I reach my pre-preggo weight!!!!

WTG everyone!! No gains this week!!!
I think I have FINALLY broken through the loooooonnnnnnggggg planteau that was occuring. I lost 1.3 pounds since last weeks weigh in putting me at 135.1lbs.!!!!!!!!   I am way happy!!!!

I have been doing the biggest loser weight loss yoga dvd, and I am seein the fat melt off of me!! My arms and abs are getting super toned and my thighs arent doin so bad either. I have NEVER seen a change in my body this fast before, even with 30 day shred, that even took a monthish but maybe that b/c thats when I lost the majority of the weight. I have changed my eating a little as well, eating more fruit, avacado and lemons in my water.
I will be ready for CABO in no time!! Yippy!!!!!

Keep it up Canadians!!!! Go Canada Go!!!!

Awesome job Jay! I might have to look into some workout DVD's - I'm loosing the weight but still feeling flabby; baby belly could certainly use some toning!

Thursday today. Working out of my home office today...in a youth facility...could have brought my own lunch, but usually eat what is prepared here. Good thing the cook/chef is awesome. Forgot to bring a snack though...so am feeling hungry, might have to snack on a banana or other fruit.

I have been doing really good since being on this sight (last Monday was my first day). I try to be vigilant about tracking food, but I sometimes have to guess, and probably don't get it exactly right. I have lost 4 lbs though so whatever I am doing it must be working. Water is a struggle for me. I generally do better when I am at work, but still don't manage to drink more than 4 glasses (mixed with Nestea Green Iced Tea or Crystal Light). At home I usually drink Diet Coke.

I feel like I am doing good in the exercise department. I have been walking more often, and try to spend between half to an hour on wii. At some point I am going to have to start a "real" exercise program, but my focus right now is shedding some of my poundage. My starting weight was 239.6. What I am doing now is way more than usual. I am interested in 30 day Shred, and P90x and have planned on starting one of them after summer...or before maybe.

I know I am rambling, but just felt I needed to talk. Take my mind off of "hungry" for a while...oh-oh...now it's back..sigh. :grumble:

Great job so far Corrie! When I first started on MFP I weighed 255lbs and managed to lose 47lbs by following the suggested calorie intake, walking and working out on the Wii - so it is possible to see some real results doing what you're doing!! Keep at it and it'll just start to fall off, little bit by little bit.

Anyone else watch Oprah today? She had Jamie Oliver on about his new TV show Food Revolution... what an eye opener it was to see the "extra large" casket!! :noway: I liked the sounds of his chicken nugget recipe and think it might make it into the next rotation of things I try - just need a lemon and a few of the herbs. What I thought was also great - he has a whole list of foods that should be a staple in every kitchen (62 of them), going to see how many I can pick up - I'm on the Food Revolution Train... healthier life for me and my family!!!
