Hi, I am having a hard time drinking my daily water intake. I was wondering if coffee, tea, crystal light, etc. count as water intake?
Answers much appreciated.

Just make sure you're hydrated. Simple as that.

Yes, as long as they are calorie free or no sugar added0

I generally don't include coffee since caffeine tends to dehydrate the body. However I do include herbal tea in that mix along with my water intake. I try to drink at least 16 ounces (a water bottle) every 2 hours.0

Anything you eat or drink that has water in it will hydrate you. That includes fruit, vegetables, milk, pop, juice, coffee, tea etc. Your body really doesn't care what H2O comes mixed with.0

I count all of my crystal light, coffee and tea towards water. Just not soda or milk.0
