Turkey neck

Any non-surgical suggestions for helping the skin in the neck tighten up? I have lost a couple of my chins but now have a wattle. I still have 61 lb to lose and won't consider any surgery until I am at goal and have stayed there for 2 years, then we'll see if it is important enough to me to do something like a tummy tuck and/or boob lift or whatever.

Smile a lot - makes the turkey neck appear less turkey-y. That's the only thing I know of0

Don't I wish! I caught a reflection of my face in my phone the other day as I was looking down at it, my under chin area is starting to fold in unusual places.
Ah well. I wonder what I will be left with when I get closer to goal.
Better this than being morbidly obese.
