nutrition chart please help

I'm always under my calorie dificit but when ever I check my nutrition im always having red numbers its either I have gone over my sodium , total fat or saturated fat I just want to know if it hinder weight loss even though I'm under the dificit?

A calorie is a calorie. If you want larger volume of food then less fat is better but at the end of the day the total calories are what matter for weight loss0

If you're truly eating at a deficit, it shouldn't affect weight loss. That said, if you're consistently over on sodium, it could affect the number on the scale as too much sodium can lead to water retention. You'll find the sodium is a big issue with fast food and heavily processed, convenience foods (boxed foods, frozen dinners etc, canned soup...)0
