Why does it say that I've lost one pound when I've actually lost four?

Check your starting weight loss #. The weight loss goes off of the first # that you have ever entered. You can delete out your initial weigh in. So for example if you entered 200 and then you gained 3lbs and then lost 4 lbs...you are still only down 1 lb. That's where I would start at least.0

That happened to one of my friends too.... The tech troop also told her the change to the starting weight has to happen on the website, not from your tablet or phone app settings. So do it on your laptop or computer and then you can enter future weight notations by either.0
