Hi all!. I am fairly newish to My Fitness Pal. I have always had an aversion to tracking my food, mainly because I am lazy, and secretly because I didn't want the visual admission to what I was truly eating. I have been tracking for a little over a week or so and I have committed to being honest. Even my weekend meltdown up through yesterday. I hated tracking the junk that I have been eating, but I really needed to see it. I have to stay accountable to this journey and stop lying to myself and everyone around me about what I am eating. I am a sneak-eater. I wait until everyone is gone and I binge on junk, so that they don't see. And somehow if they didn't see it, I didn't eat it. Well, it is time to kick this habit and get back to being fit. I wish everyone luck on their journey to health and fitness. Happiness is the journey, not the destination. We must choose to love ourselves through out the process to see real success! Much love!!!
