Hey, my name is Nephi (like knee-phi, with a long 'i' sound at the end). I'm using this app to track my diet-not for my working out-and would like any tips anyone has for meals and weight gain over all. I weigh 150 lbs now and am looking to be 170 by Spring of 2016 (healthy weight of course ). I'm 22 years old and live a pretty active life. Weight has been difficult for me to gain, but will be useful in the type of work I do (various physical labor jobs as I am currently in college). Thanks in advance for any help you provide.
