What advice can you give regarding calories? Regarding working out and ketosis? And what the effect of a glass of red wine will have on ketosis?
I'm kinda new and just want some general support and advice regarding keto way of eating.
I am 3 weeks in. In ketosis. Work out ( weights) approx 4 days a week. I have no cravings. Find the food part easy ... But weightloss seems slow.
Confused by calories and food tracking apps other than mfp ( Fitbit food plan specifically). That one made me feel like a failure on day 1!
Does keto require a caloric deficiency the way most other ways of eating do?

There are several keto daily calorie estimators online, but im not sure how accurate they are. Im 6'7 220 lbs, lift 4x a week and have an active job. It tells me to maintain weight i need 3200ish calories....which i call BS on. I have been eating around 2400 calories and am losing around 4 lbs a week...two weeks in. My diary is open, and yes... i know i do "dirty keto." Lol. Anyone else care to answer our calorie questions?
P.s. if you check diary, disregard sunday the 22nd, i was at disney and had to have a turkey leg.0
