freeze-dried fruit with no added sugar calms my sweet tooth

figs and dates are candy bars, and figs have a low GL too.... raisins on the other hand are too high GI0

Grapes
Baby carrots
Raw almonds

Nuts, almond butter, kale chips, roasted vegetables. I make these and keep them in my freezer

Here are some off the wall idea.
Quest bars - some carbs, but no surgar.
Carb friendly bread. 15 carbs, 10 of which are fiber and it has 10g of protien.
