Daily fluctuations do happen. If this is a long term problem (especially since it's been 4 months), then you are eating far more than you think, and are most likely eating your maintenance calories or over that. Do you weigh your food on a food scale? And, can you open your diary?0

Just saw it's open.
I see a lot of generic measurements, and underlogged days. Is there a reason why you've only logged 600 calories yesterday, 1,000 on Sunday, and 257 on Saturday? And, when you are using "homemade" entries, are these recipes that you inputted yourself into the Recipe Builder, or are you taking these out of the MFP database and then logging them?0 -
Yeah, it sounds like you're essentially eating at maintenance and have been since October.
It is possible, given your age, height and metabolism, that you're one of those rare people who actually does need to eat fewer than 1200 calories in order to lose weight. How active are you? Do you exercise at all?
I'd say first, do what @missiontofitness suggests and try tightening up the accuracy of your logging. Weigh everything you eat and get it as exact as you can. You're working with tiny deficit margins, and being off by a few calories here, a few calories there could easily erase your deficit.
Then, if it still doesn't work, you'll have to eat less. I wouldn't recommend it for an 18-year-old with eating disorder red flags. But if you're otherwise healthy and simply not losing weight at 1200, and tightening up your logging doesn't work, you could try dropping your calories by 100 or 200 and see if that helps.0 -
I keep forgetting to log in and finish my diary, home made is what i cook from my own recipes. I guess i need to get a scale, i haven't ever use one. i have moderate exercise, but some times not at all. I look up home made on the mfp list. will be more aware of what i am doing thanks, Just frustrated, I lost the first 15 lbs rather well, and now I CAN'T LOSE at all. I need to lose at lease 35 more.0

Relax. You don't need to get frustrated. Your last post just identified some things you could try, which SHOULD help you start losing weight again:
1. Log everything you eat and finish your diary, always. Don't forget.
2. Get a cheap food scale and weigh everything you eat, down to the gram. No more guesstimates. Your deficit is too small to allow for error.
3. Log your exercise and eat back your exercise calories only when you exercise. The rest of the time, don't. Make sure your MFP setting is set to "sedentary".
4. When you cook your own recipes, use the recipe builder and enter exact quantities and ingredients that you use. Don't use the "homemade" entries in the MFP database because you have no idea what goes into those.
If you do all of the above, you should start losing weight again!0 -
