Hey everyone I Was just wondering if you spend 10-11 hours on your feet a day would this count as active or lightly active as I work in a bingo hall and I have to run around checking claims cleaning up selling tickets etc so im constantly on the go.

I would call it lightly active, follow the calories MFP gives you. If you are losing more per week than your goal after 2-3 weeks I would increase it to active.0
