If you need workout videos try fitnessblender.com It is free and they have hundreds. Also, buy a food scale so you can learn proper portion sizes, then weigh and log everything. That should get you some good results0

Agreed. That's what I have done. They have so many different types of workouts: low-impact, stretching, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, cardio, strength, kickboxing, abs, and more. My $12 food scale has been a great investment. I've loved learning about what portions should be and how I and many others easily overeat. I welcome the structure of weighing and logging. It does get tedious, but I enjoy it. lol

I've used the 21 day fix and I loved it because it focuses more on portion control and tells you what goes in each little container. The workouts are really good. Not really high impact and has a modifier. I think they're only 30 minutes. In 21 days I lost 7lbs and I don't remember how many inches. It's not a "quick fix" but more if like a...ummm....nutritional kick start? Since it's primary focus is on eating what's healthy and the right amount.0

I bought the program last year and I liked it. It does focus heavily on nutrition and portion control. the containers are color coded and there is basically a list of "allowed" foods that you can have to fill up those containers according to which color you are filling up. the workouts are pretty good...nothing too extremely hard and there are modifiers. I'm actually still doing the workouts a year later lol..I enjoy them. There is some weights involved but not a ton. All in all, I don't really regret getting the program. I've definitely used the workouts, and I drank all of the Shakeology that came with it. if you are new to nutrition and portion sizes, I'd probably recommend it. It's eye opening, and the workouts are nice. just beware the beach body coaches will hound you afterwards to keep buying and try to recruit you to become a coach as well. I wasn't interested, its not my thing.0

I like the DVD's (good for a starter, but maybe not for an advanced exerciser). I use the bowls for leftovers....don't want too complicated meal plans right now.0

I like the workouts but that's about it. I felt that the caloric range for my level was way too little. I was hungry constantly. I only last a few days on the Fix. No Shakeology either... too expensive. Plus, can you really see yourself spending that amount of money every month for who knows how long? No thanks, I've got better things to spend my hard earned money on. I got the workouts for free and just used my own containers.. found the measurements for each one online.0

I really enjoy the workouts. I did for a few weeks & tried to stick to the nutrition plan pretty close. I've since fell off track & I have recently started the workouts but I'm focusing on counting calories instead of filing the containers. The workouts are short & sweet & you will feel the burn!

I use the 21 day fix extreme and I love the workouts. I burn about 300 calories in a 30 min workout. I dont use the containers. I just use MFP and eat healthy.0

Thanks for the feedback I'm going on second week of the workouts and I can tell you I'm no where ready for the extreme lol!0
