Need help

I'm just not losing the weight like I feel like I should. I've been going to the gym and putting every ounce of food I eat in my fitness pal. I feel discouraged

    Your ticker says you have lost 2 pounds, so that is a good start. How long have you been trying to lose? It took me 4 months to lose the last 20 pounds.

    Do you use a food scale?

    I've been doing this since December 29. Just feeling discouraged. I should mention I am a cook in an Italian restaurant. This is difficult to say the least. I've impressed myself but just feel like I should be losing more. I do not have a food scale. Maybe I should try that. Thank you!!

    You can not eyeball food amounts when you get closer to your goal weight. Your margin of error gets narrower.
