Has anyone used shredz supplements or any type or energy/ weight loss supplement or drinks

hi I'm just wondering if anyone has ever used weight loss supplements to lose weight and how has it worked for you?
For anyone who has used Shrez supplements, I would like to know what you thought of the product. Has it worked for you? Have you gained weight back like crazy after stopped taking it?

Oh it was amazing, I lost like 38 pounds in two months.

I don't take it anymore, it's amazing. You should try it!

Is it the shredz that you took? Which one?
Also did you gain weight back after you stopped taking it?

Yes I have, and the only thing they reduced was the size of my bank account. Don't waste your time or money. Move more, eat less.

Just a little gain back, not much.

Do they involve hard work and patience? No? Then it's probably a scam.

I don't think the OP will see your sarcasm, so just jumping in here and saying that it's not worth spending the money on. There is NO SUPPLEMENT on the market that works without a calorie deficit for weight loss.

    I thought it was obvious.

OP - lest I'm taken seriously.

The stuff is a scam. There ARE products out there that work, but you are in no manner ready for them. Get your intake dialed in.

  • Well then can someone recommend a good workout drink or supplement? I do eat fairly healthy and I workout at the gym 3-4 times a week. I am just looking for something with can give me a boost when I do my workouts as somedays I feel sluggish and don't have enough energy for a good workout.

Coffee is the best workout supplement.

^ This, caffeine has shown in multiple studies to be effective at increasing performance. Add some creatine, and you've added a useful supp, and bomber nootropic.

Correction - caffeine is the best pre-workout.

200mgs of caffeine. Honestly, that's the main ingredient in just about any "fat burning" supplement. It's also much cheaper to buy as caffeine tablets rather than spending 3-5x that amount.

IIRC, ON's new pre-workout is caffeine, creatine and BCAAs. Early impressions are good.

It's crazy, coffee is versatile. You can dose it orally or the other way.

Slight correction, you can't get ephedra at Walgreen's in the USA. You can get [content removed by Drug Enforcement Agency] which works well with caffeine.
