Hey

I'm always on the lookout for easy, simple healthy recipes. I particularly love simple fish and chicken dishes. I find a lot of healthy recipes are too spicy - it's like people throw in garlic and spices to compensate taste-wise for the lack of salt and fat! My problem is that I don't like spicy or garlicy food. I DO love lemon and herbs though. Check out my recipe below ...

Yummy easy baked Plaice (also works with Sole or Seabass) with lemon, basil & tomatoes. Yummy!
  • Place plaice (gettit!) in baking dish (2 plaice fillets to serve 2)
  • squeeze over juice of 1.5 lemons
  • place cherry tomatoes in gaps on dish
  • sprinkle sea salt over it
  • drizzle olive oil over the plaice
  • Place basil leaves on the plaice (if baking seabass or sole, you might prefer rosemary to basil)
  • cover baking dish with tinfoil
  • put in oven at 190 degrees for 22 mins
