Hi, I am a teenage girl who started my own little weight loss journey the week before New Years. I was 155 pounds and always complained about my weight but I never did anything about it because lack of motivation and laziness. However, I got sick of whining and complaining about my weight but never doing anything to get rid of it! I read about the effects processed/unhealthy foods have on your body and I did not want to go down the route like some of my family members went. I want to preserve and build up my fitness, especially in such a precious time such as the early years of my youth before it's too late and even harder for me to lose.
I'm 136 pounds standing at 5"2, for a Meso-Endomorph like me with a nearly large frame that makes me only 5-10 pounds overweight. But I want to play it safe and make sure I won't get as big as I did before.
