My first piece of advice is be honest with yourself about why you quit so many times. Nothing will change if you don't figure out why it didn't work.

Heyaa Christina, I'm new to the forums too :) I just turned 21 and I know what you mean about it feeling serious this time. I feel like I should be in my prime right now and I'm just not, and don't want to spend my twenties like this! So my motivation would be that lets start working towards being in our prime! I'm currently trying to eat around 1500 calories a day in which if I eat over, I exercise it off, in which I've lost 4 kilo in 3 weeks! What is your current plan? :) Also feel free to add me as a friend!

Hey ladies, I was in your shoes a few years ago myself! But probably much worse off than any of you lol. I had thought because I was in my early twenties I should have been in prime shape... I went to the gym consistently during university andI would drop 10 pounds and quit, and eventually gained it all back. I had done that a number of times, and it wasn't until I was 24 and had finished university that I had called my bluff. I was so irritated with myself for letting four years go by without getting where I wanted to be, and I guess I got very honest with myself. I actually stopped going to the gym, changed how I eat completely, and worked out a few times a week at home. I dropped 40lbs and I'm now 5 pounds away my final goal! I know you girls can do this! Add me so we can support each other!
