About once a month I make a lasagne and a pie, using whatever I have on hand and saving the recipe as I go. Then I cut them up in portions and put them in the freezer. Take one out and put it in the fridge before I go to bed and then warm it up in the microwave at work.0

If you want something healthy and quick and easy, then quorn is a really good source of protein. Being a veggie it's a must for me!
If you get quorn fillets, lightly fry them in fry light, takes about 10 minutes, cook some cous cous, add in whatever else you would like (I normally go for sweetcorn and kidney beans) then mix it all together with pesto and you have a really healthy tasty meal! It also keeps quite well and can be reheated or eaten cold.

I do all my cooking for breakfasts/lunches on Sunday. I also chop all the veggies and make sauces for dinners which I cook fresh each night.0
