Hey there everyone who may choose to read this.
Here is my story, Its starts off in high school where I was at my highest weight (not from pregnancy) which was 200lbs, over the next two years I proceeded to loose 50lbs from as bad as this is not eating as often as I should have, rowing and walking about an hour every day. Then I met my now ex and my life habits started to change, I was eating out more, making wrong choices for my health, and then I slowly made my way up to 186lbs so thats 36lbs I gained in 9 months. 2 weeks before I left him (rather not get into it) I found out I was expecting... During my pregnancy I went up to 220lbs... And now, 9 months post postpartum I am 192 roughly I have not been on a scale in a month or more.
My eating habits are still terrible, it also does not help I am such a picky eater. I am also afraid of all the loose skin that will come to be. I honestly HATE the way I look right now, I feel bad for my finance, although he still loves me I wanna be better, not just for him, But for myself and my little boy I wanna be the mom who can do things without being faltered by my weight and appearance. I am also one a very strict budget, So gyms are way out of the question.
I dont know what kinds of foods to be eating, I dont wanna feel hungry all the time like the first two times I have tried this webpage. I am so picky its unbearable. HELP MEEEE.
Also not sure if this matters but I am 23. New friends are welcome, I need the support for everything. So feel free to add me and be my friend

Hi. I'm new here, too, and although I don't have all the answers for you I wanted to let you know you were heard. Kudos for you for wanting to be the best mom you can be. He's going to be counting on you for a long time. My suggestion is to log as much as you can so you can establish patterns. Until you get on a plan! Best of luck ❤️0
