Just rejoined here after a break for a year while I ate and lounged my way back to a weight I used to be before I lost it all! Really stupid I know but I'm back and it feels good!! Would love some MPF mates to share the journey, motivate and encourage...even better if we're from the same hemisphere..but not essential! Love to hear from you whoever you are.....:)
