Looking for BodyAttack and BodyPumpers!

I love to hit the gym early and get my sweat on with Les Mills BodyAttack and BodyPump classes! These classes have changed my hatred of exercise to love I'm healthier and stronger, but still 30 pounds overweight since I started a year ago Now I'm taking full advantage of all MFP has to offer! Will you join me?

I also do body pump. Not so much attack due to timing. I have had a lot of change to cope with the past few months, and 10lbs later feel gross inside and out.

I do body pump 2-3 times a week and absolutely love it :-) good mix of cardio and muscle training, I haven't tried body attack yet as they've only just started it at my gym, what does it involve?0

It is an intense combination of cardio/strength. I like the music and fast pace because it doesn't give me time to think, lol! Good luck with your fitness goals and you are welcome to friend me0
