I am 22 years old and just recently became very uncomfortable with my body. I went through a huge body change about a year ago, got my baby bearing hips and started gaining weight every where. At first I thought it was fine and normal but I've never weighed this much before and I'm getting stretch marks every where. Now, I'm getting married next May and I don't only want to be a beautiful bride, I genuinely want to make a lifestyle change. I've tried on and off for a long time, eating well and exercise. Doesn't seem like it should be so hard!!! Well i look forward to having some support here
thanks for listening.

Welcome to the site
A good way to take weight off and to keep it off is to do it for yourself, not a reunion, not a wedding, not a spouse... not for a temporary event.
But simply for ourselves to gain back our health and self esteem.
Good luck with your weight loss goals.0
