Creatine while cutting? Good or bad?

    Creatine basically helps with power output. It's an energy supplement, not an anabolic supplement. It could help with workouts. That's the function of it in our bodies. The answer is personal preference.

    Cutting, bulking, maintaining - the issues are the same. Could help; some find it upsets their stomachs a bit (so I am told - I have not noticed any stomach or other issues).

    Creatine does store water in the muscles. It can make your muscles look more full. It's still just water though. Make sure you're drinking extra water when taking it.

    Creatine does store water in the muscles. It can make your muscles look more full. It's still just water though. Make sure you're drinking extra water when taking it.

    (Remember OP - the goal of cutting is (or should be) shedding fat, not a scale weight issue exactly).
